We are a lovely team of great people who believe in great products at affordable prices! We believe in quality products that make us feel good, without the high dollar expense of retail stores.

What are the shipping times?

  • Orders are sent out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed. Our ability to keep prices low is dependent upon less expensive shipping options. Because of this, shipping may take a little longer. Most orders are delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after you have placed your order.
  • Please allow up to 8-15 business days from the purchase date for your parcel to arrive for US orders.
  • Australia and Canada shipping time: 8-20 business days.
  • Rest of world: up to 2-5 weeks.
  • We work with a few carefully selected manufacturers, which can in some cases lead to items being shipped separately. Rest assured, all items in your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time frame.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the majority of the world. There may be countries that we no longer cater to due to certain limitations. If you have any questions or you can’t seem to ship to your region, please email us at info@brawnyline.com and we will try to resolve your problem.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • All items in store take 1-5 business days to process and we ask that you remember patience is a virtue. So please remember to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
  • Your product has been shipped once you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, please check your other email folders – but don’t worry if you can’t find it, your order will have been processed and sent.
  • As mentioned above, we aim to get your items to you as fast as possible while keeping prices low. Our ability to keep prices low is dependent upon less expensive shipping options.  Because of this, shipping may take a little longer.  Most orders are delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after you have placed your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We serve the international market, thus, we do worldwide shipping of orders. There may be countries that we no longer cater to due to certain limitations.

My address is wrong!?

  • If you contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about an alternate shipping address we will change this for you if the item hasn’t been sent. Please, email us at info@brawnyline.com ASAP.
  • IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we aren’t responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with you in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.  We use the exact same information as entered by the customer to process shipping labels.

I purchased multiple items but only received some of them, but something is missing. Where’s my order?

We have numerous manufacturers who we have negotiated special pricing with therefore; your items are shipped separately from multiple locations. If one item comes first, don’t panic, everything will arrive.

I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Yes, absolutely! Our website has an SSL certificate which ensures you’ll have a safe connection as you do your online shopping with us. So, we do not store any bank account or credit card information for this will only be used one-time upon your purchase.

  • When purchasing from our store your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
  • Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Will I pay for import tax and duties?

The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and tax-free. Customs charges or import duties, however, are not included in the pricing, thus, it is the receiver’s liability to settle these should your local customs deem appropriate. Costs and rates for customs or duty charges can vary from country and region, depending on local economic policies. So, please contact your local customs office for further details.

How do I order on your Website?

Simply find the product you are interested in, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button, confirm the item you would like to purchase. If you would like to add more products to your cart, just click ‘Continue Shopping’. After it, proceed to checkout, provide your contact and shipping information, choose your payment method with PayPal or credit card, then complete your order.

Where are you located?

We are located in United Kingdom. But don’t worry, we are selling all around the world and the shipping fee is free for you or low flat no matter where you are located in the world.
